This Saturday I had the pleasure of being "dragged" to a group and triathletes train was taking place in the swamp of Sotonera, many times I heard stories of these mythical workouts, but always and seen as inaccessible by the level of the swimmers who frequent and great mastery of the medium to be taken to swim in open water, and more so of doing it even in the month of April. From start chewed the tragedy, especially for me, because I was thinking it'd be about 12/15 and I could find my group to swim without going too scared, but at the moment of truth only 5 "crush" (Michel, Coix, Roberto, Yago and myself) We wore the neoprene to enter the icy waters of the reservoir at 10 am. Another key point was how big the dam (not remember) and that the training consisted of swimming in the swamp to a rectangular circuit 600m buoy, which would spin, but very far from shore. The age of the "baptism of fire" and got the water with a horrible pain of cold feet, which does not bode well to me. Nothing is further from reality, was to start swimming and for fear of not being alone added to the death to hold the feet of Coix and barely Yago, which made me warm up quickly, jejejejeje. The truth is that swimming in open water results less scrotumtightening me than I thought and less cold, but the truth is that it has nothing to do with swimming in the pool, so there are many things that work. After swimming we joined Roberto (Good luck at the end of Salou makina man) who approached from Huesca bike and started training bike, where we went to where some returned Ayerve the dam to do some running. Those who decided to go went to Loarre, up to the castle (very hard, and very fucking with goats) to complete the return address after a Huesca, Ortilla and the swamp again, very cool 78kms. Quite an experience for me, that makes me feel a tad more "triathlete," the very positive things that I get, will come back to soak in the blue waters of the Sotonera.
some pics of what happened.

With high Loarre Castle, this picture is dedicated to the people of Swedish triathlon club and supporters. Very few people have 2 jerseys of DLD, I have the 2010, Coix the 2011, again in 2012 to the other.
Loarre
Castle, a stiff climb and a beautiful landscape.
